Cynthia Agius welcomes you to her online platform, dedicated to showcasing her artwork and projects as well as providing an e-commerce avenue for the sale of her artistic creations, and is headquartered in Malta.

By using this website, you accept these terms and conditions in full. If you disagree with any of these terms and conditions, you must not use our website.

All images on this website are the property of Cynthia Agius. No part of this website, including images may be reproduced without prior written permission from the artist.

While we make efforts to keep the information on this website current, we cannot guarantee its accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. Please be aware that the colour representation of images may be influenced by factors such as image availability and the technology used to access our website. We recommend referring to the product descriptions alongside the images for precise details.

You may find links to third-party websites within our platform for your convenience. These links are included solely as a service to you. Cynthia Agius does not assume any responsibility for linked sites or endorse their operators or content.

Section 2: Orders Online

Please note that our sales and deliveries are currently limited to Malta and Gozo only. We regret to inform you that international selling and shipping services are currently not available. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to serving you within our local regions.

All order payments will be processed in Euros (€).

Section 3: Delivery Information

General Delivery information:

Please note that deliveries are only available to Malta and Gozo.

We do our utmost to deliver your beautiful purchase safely within 5 working days after you receive your order confirmation. We offer FREE delivery throughout Malta and Gozo on All orders.

It is important to ensure that the provided: contact number, email address, delivery address, and location are correct, before concluding the purchase online.

Return & Exchange Policy:

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the receipt of your order to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in the same condition that you received it, unused, with all documents (where applicable), and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase which would have been sent to you by e-mail upon order confirmation.

To start a return or an exchange, please contact us and if your request is accepted, we’ll send you further instructions on how to return your package. You’ll also have the possibility to settle the difference in price in case you decide to go with something more expensive than your original purchase. Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned product. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return has been approved, your refund will be processed and the purchase amount will be refunded within a few days, via PayPal transaction.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return/exchange will not be accepted. 

Section 4: Damage & other issues:

Please inspect your order upon delivery and let us know immediately if the item is in any way defective, or damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and reach a solution. You will find the required contact information on your delivery package.

Section 5: Exceptions / non-returnable items 

Some purchases cannot be returned and are also not covered by the cooling-off period. These exceptions include the following: commissioned artwork and products made to the buyer’s specifications or clearly personalized; Digital/softcopy artwork, and purchase of workshop and online classes; and items purchased during sales, offers and gift cards.
